Using the Application grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of all conditions included in these Terms.

ACMAN is a personal finance management web application that allows users to:
- Record and categorise bank transactions
- Analyse income and expenses with interactive charts
- Manage multiple bank accounts
- Upload bank statements in CSV/Excel format (multiple bank formats)
- Manage recurring expenses with timelines and custom sections
- Anonymously compare financial statistics with the community (optional feature)
- View personalised insights generated from their statements
4. Terms of Use
4.1. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the Application lawfully, without contravening applicable legislation, good faith or public order.
4.2. Prohibited use
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Using the Application for illegal or unauthorised purposes
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the system
- Introducing viruses or malicious code
- Reverse engineering or attempting to decipher the software
- Copying, modifying, distributing or selling any part of the Application
- Impersonating other users
4.3. Service suspension
The owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the Application without notice in the event of:
- Breach of terms of use
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Technical maintenance requirements
5. Liability
5.1. Content
The owner endeavours to ensure the availability and continuity of the Application, but does NOT guarantee:
- The absence of errors or interruptions
- Uninterrupted service availability
- The absence of viruses or harmful components
5.2. Disclaimer
The owner is NOT liable for:
- Damages arising from incorrect use of the Application
- Data loss caused by reasons beyond the owner's control
- Financial decisions made based on Application data
- Service interruptions due to force majeure
- Content entered by users

The Application may contain links to third-party websites (advertising, etc.). The owner is not responsible for the content of those sites.
6. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All Application content (design, source code, texts, graphics, logos, icons, software) is owned by the owner or by third parties who have authorised its use.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of this content without the owner's express authorisation is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the Application.
By using the Application, the user accepts the processing of their data as set out in that policy.

9. Subscriptions, Payments and Right of Withdrawal
ACMAN offers a free plan and paid plans (Standard, Premium and Lifetime). Payments are processed through Stripe; ACMAN does not store your card details.
- Prices and taxes: those shown on the plans page at the time of purchase (taxes included where applicable).
- Automatic renewal: monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your profile. You keep access until the end of the period already paid; no pro-rata refunds are made except where legally required.
- Lifetime plan: a one-time payment granting lifetime access to the included features, subject to the continuity of the service.
9.1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without penalty. However, as this is a digital service/content, if you request the immediate start of the service and expressly accept that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that right will not apply (art. 103.m of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act).
10. Minors
To register and use ACMAN you must be at least 14 years old, the age from which Spanish law allows consent to the processing of personal data. Users under 14 may only use the service with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
The Application is not directed at children below that age. If we detect an account that breaches this requirement, we will delete it.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, Spain.
12. Modifications
The owner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes will take effect from their publication.
It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.
