At ACMAN we respect your right to privacy and to the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To request deletion of your data from ACMAN, please send an email to:
Information to Include in Your Request
To process your request efficiently, please include the following information:
- Subject: Data deletion request - ACMAN
- Registered email: The email you used to sign up for ACMAN
- Full name: Your name as it appears in your account
- Description: State that you are requesting complete deletion of your account and data
Data That Will Be Deleted
When processing your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your profile and personal data (name, email)
- All your registered bank accounts
- All your financial transactions and uploaded files
- Custom categories and settings
- Suggestions and feedback submitted
- Configured recurring expenses
Processing Time
Estimated time
We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the email.
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed and your data has been permanently deleted.
Important
Irreversible Action
Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your request has been processed, it will not be possible to recover your account or your data.
Data We May Retain
Due to legal or security obligations, we may retain certain minimum information for the period required by law:
- Audit records required by tax or legal obligations
- Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
- Anonymised data for statistical purposes (without personal identification)
