Billing & Payment Policy

ACMAN offers three service plans:

All prices include VAT. To see the features included in each plan, visit the pricing page.

Monthly: The charge is made on the same day of the month that you started the subscription. Access renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Annual: The full yearly amount is billed at the time of subscription. The saving is approximately 17% compared to monthly billing on both plans.

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your user profile. The change applies at the next renewal period, not immediately.

ACMAN offers free trial periods so you can explore paid features without commitment:

• Free plan users can activate 7 free days of the Standard plan.
• Standard plan users can activate 7 free days of the Premium plan.

Free trial conditions:

• No credit card or payment details required.
• Can only be activated once per plan level and per user.
• At the end of the period, the account automatically reverts to the previous plan with no charge.
• Activating the Standard plan trial requires a minimum of 5 hours of accumulated use on the Free plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user profile, with no penalty or additional cost.

Monthly subscription: After cancelling, you retain access to the paid plan until the end of the period already paid. No further charges are made from that point.

Annual subscription: After cancelling, you retain access until the end of the year already paid. The remaining time may be subject to a proportional refund according to the refund policy described below.

When the paid period expires, the account automatically switches to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted — it remains accessible within the free plan limits.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date.

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period, we offer a proportional refund for the unconsumed time of the year, calculated in full days and deducting the equivalent of the annual discount applied against the monthly price.

No refunds are made in the following cases:

• Free trial periods, as they have no cost.
• Monthly subscriptions cancelled after the initial 14 days of the charge.
• Already consumed usage periods.

To request a refund, write to us at team@acman.app with your registration email and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

We accept all major payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other methods available in your country.

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. ACMAN does not store bank card data or sensitive payment information at any time.
