FAQ
How much history can I download from ING?
The ING website usually lets you view and download several years of transactions; the app tends to show a shorter history.
What if ING changes the statement format?
ACMAN detects columns automatically: if the format changes slightly it's still recognized, or you'll be asked to confirm the columns the first time.
Do I need to give ACMAN my bank login details?
No. ACMAN never asks for your bank credentials. You only upload the statement file you downloaded yourself, and it's stored encrypted in your account.
And once you have your statement…
