Log in to CaixaBankNow (caixabanknow.caixabank.es) with your username and password.

In the menu, go to "Accounts" and select your account.

Open "Balance and transactions" (don't stay on the account summary).

Widen the date range if needed: by default it usually shows only the last month.

Top right, click "Export transactions to PDF/Excel" and choose Excel.

Save the file to your computer to upload to ACMAN.
From the CaixaBank mobile app

Open the CaixaBank app (or imagin) and log in.
